The New Vintage (formerly 20Something) is a fresh and unique Taste Washington event-taking place Friday, March 27. The event, which is tailored to the sophisticated millennial, has moved from Fremont Studios into the heart of downtown Seattle, at the luxurious Four Seasons Hotel. The New Vintage has been incorporated into Taste Washington weekend, further expanding the reach of these two events. We hope you are able to join us in March!
When: Friday, March 27, 2015
Where: The Four Seasons – Seattle
Time: 7:00 – 10:00
Estimated Attendance: 500
Registration Deadline: Friday, March 13, 2015
New features this year:
- The New Vintage has created the opportunity for winery pairings with nationally recognized Celebrity Chefs, who will also be appearing at Taste Washington ($175 participation fee).
- Opportunities for winery pairings with Local Chefs, restaurants, dessert companies and more ($150 participation fee).
- Shared Winery Tables: Based on feedback from 20Something, we have incorporated winery tables into this event so attendees are able to find individual wineries with ease. Each winery (who opts to not pair with a chef or restaurant) will share a 6’ table with another winery. ($125 participation fee).
Wine Submission: Wine submissions and shipping to TMS are due on Friday, March 13, 2015. Each winery is allowed to pour up to 2 wines at the event (preferably one red and one white). We recommend bringing 1 case of each wine. Please continue with wine submissions following your registration. There will be a shipping label attached to your confirmation emails. Attach 1 shipping label to the outside of each case before shipping to Tiger Mountain Services (TMS). *NOTE: If you choose to be paired with either a celebrity chef or other food, you will submit your wines at a later date after you have been notified of your pairing. This will better help you decide which wines to pour depending on the food you will be paired with.
Winery Representatives: Each winery will be allowed to register up to 2 pouring representatives. We strongly suggest 1 representative pour at the table, and the other “walk and pour” amongst the crowd as each winery will be sharing table space with another.
Setup: Setup will take place between 4:00-6:30pm. Each winery table will be provided with 1 dump bucket, water pitcher, ice tub, ice and a winery table sign.
Help us get the word out! As this is a new addition to the Taste Washington weekend, it would be greatly appreciated, and beneficial, if your winery could help spread the word and share this ticketing link with your social media audience, wine club members and everyday fans. Purchase Tickets Here.
