Venue Space

Located just 5 minutes south of downtown Seattle, our tasting room and production facility is a comfortable urban/industrial space with soaring ceilings and exposed steel and wood beams. Repurposed architectural features, like the sliding barn door and bar fixtures, have been collected over the years and carefully installed to make it feel warm and welcoming. We share a large free parking lot making it easy on your guests to drive themselves or catch a ride-share. Public transit is an excellent option as well. We are a quick 10-minute walk along 4th Avenue South from the SODO Link Light Rail station.  

Outdoor Patio Space 

In addition to an open and flexible interior space, we have a roll-up garage door that allows you to expand the festivities outdoors. During the warmer months, the patio is the place to be! This area in conjunction with the tasting room is spacious enough for 125 guests to enjoy live music, Seattle sunsets and our seasonal Sangria!  

Celebrations

Larger gatherings such as a corporate holiday parties, birthday bashes, wedding receptions, or even a public presentation can be hosted in our Main Tasting Room or expand to include our Private Dining Room. Depending on the size of your group, we can close the sliding barn door for a more intimate celebration or keep it open for a free-flowing gathering*. We book this area on a 4-hour minimum basis with the option to extend. This includes set up and tear down, a standard room set, and necessary Elsom Cellars staff. We are very flexible with this space and can adjust to your needs when possible.

Celebrations

Private Dining & Team Meetings

Looking for an off-site meeting location for your team? Want to throw a small party for friends that is privately catered? Why not host your meeting or dinner in a full-production winery? Our large wooden barn table seats 12 and is a centerpiece for intimate gatherings, which encourages conversation and connection. We have a projector system for meetings and room for breakout sessions if you opt for a full buy-out. The Private Dining Room is a great option for leaner budgets. We book this room by the hour and dedicate at least one staff member to your group.

Food & Services

Wine and food pairings have been a part of wine culture since the beginning. We know how important food is to an event and finding the right pairings for your event is no exception. We have several excellent partners we would be happy to recommend.Anything from intimate dining experiences with servers and the Chef, to large group hors d’oeuvres and a simple drop off; everything is possible. 

For those of you who do not have the time to go back and forth with a caterer and want us to take that off your plate, we can do that! A small coordination fee will be applied. 

Same goes for coordinating additional rentals if needed. We have an extensive list of inclusive amenities, but we are here to bring your vision to life. Just let us know what that looks like and we will make it happen! 

Outside of our award-winning wines and unique venue location, our friendly staff is here to curate memorable events and leave a positive lasting impression for you and your guests. We love to share the Elsom Cellars’ story and our wine expertise. Our goal with hosting events is to build community and connect with our newfound patrons for years to come.
